Vivrd Prasanna
Vivrd Prasanna is a Eighth grader at Pine Valley Middle School , San Ramon, California USA and has been
learning vocal music for the past 9.5 years. Vivrd started learning vocal carnatic with Smt. Geetha Iyer (Geetha Vidyalaya), Shri Vivek Sundararaman and Shri Hari Devanath. He is currently under the tutelage of Sri Neyveli R Santhana Gopalan. Vivrd also learns to play the Veena from Sri Srikanth Chary and learned Mridangam from
Sri Ramesh Srinivasan. He is the Title winner of “Carnatic Music Idol 2014 USA “.Vivrd has participated in several Bay Area music events and in Chennai December Season. He has won several prizes in different categories including the concert competition at Cleveland Aradhana festival and Papanasam Sivan Competitions.
